Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. 

We have a 30 day return policy window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We offer a 7-day full refund and up to 30 days for a store credit which means you have:

• 1-7 days from the delivery date and time to initiate a full cash-back refund.
• From day 8-30, we will issue you a store credit.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs

• Return shipping costs for a change of mind or exchanges are at the customer's expense.
• Return shipping costs for damaged or faulty products will be at KOMA DESIGN HAUS expense.

To initiate your online return, complete the following steps:

• Your order number
• Reason for the return/exchange

Damaged or faulty products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will facilitate a credit and exchange for the new item.

Is there anything I can't return? 

• Certain sale items are marked as Sale and are not eligible for refund or exchanges. 
• Items that have exceeded the 30 days return window.
  

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
